The article is devoted to the current problem of searching for new methods of self-regulation. It has been experimentally proven that a neurographic session improves well-being, activity, and mood at a reliable level in the experimental group. In the control group there was a decrease or absence of changes in the psycho-emotional state. The idea is substantiated that neurography helps reduce mental stress and form a resourceful state.

The article analyzes ways of coping with stress. A comparison of coping strategies used by junior and senior students at a medical university is provided. It was revealed that first-year students more often use problem-oriented methods of coping with stress, and senior students use emotionally-oriented coping strategies. The authors come to the conclusion that it is necessary to conduct classes with future doctors aimed at developing constructive coping.
