The article actualises the problem of psychological and pedagogical readiness of teachers to prevent cyberbullying in the educational environment. The author analyses theoretical aspects of the concepts of cyberbullying and security and considers methodological approaches to the formation of information-psychological competence and, accordingly, the readiness of teachers to create a safe information environment for schoolchildren.

This article substantiates the relevance of the problem of studying communication skills in children of primary school age with mental retardation. The results of scientific data on the peculiarities of communication skills in children of primary school age of this nosological group and on the peculiarities of the development of communication skills are summarized. The results of an empirical study of the peculiarities of communication skills of primary school children with mental retardation are described.
